How it started
One tour on Fremont Street, then Chinatown too
Bite of Vegas started with a single walking tour on Fremont Street. Eddy, the storyteller, had spent years digging into the mob history, cold cases and old Vegas scandals that most visitors never hear about, and started leading small groups through the real streets where it all happened.
The tour worked because it was never a script. Every stop got a real story, told by someone who had actually researched it, in a group small enough that nobody was straining to hear over the crowd.
Chinatown Uncovered came next, once it was clear guests wanted the same thing for food: the restaurants locals actually go to, minutes from the Strip, with the owners and kitchen staff our guides already knew by name.
From there it grew into private tours built around a single group's schedule, and full-service corporate events for conferences and team days, the same stories and the same small-group feel, just built around whoever is booking.
